It's our top priority to offer our customers high quality of products and services, we are offering now Warranty on selected products listed below:

The Essential Bracelet

At first, a team member will be contacting to check the issue, and clarify if Warranty can be used or not.

The Warranty we offer is 3 months from the delivery date of your order, Our warranty is responsible for color changing, scratched once opened.

If a Warranty needs to be validated, we will solve the issue by:

1. Offering a full refund ( Bank Transfer, VADE Gift Card Only)
2. Offering a new piece of the same product

The reasons warranty will not cover:

1. Scratches Caused by the customer
2. Using the product forcefully ending to a broken product
3. Ending after the 3 months from delivery date

20AED (Originally 50AED) Fee will be charged for any a new unit replacing the unit that was torn. (Price Include delivery charge).

مشكلة في الجودة

إذا احتاج الضمان إلى التحقق من صحته ، فسنحل المشكلة عن طريق:

تقديم استرداد كامل (تحويل مصرفي ، بطاقة هدايا VADE فقط)
تقديم قطعة جديدة من نفس المنتج

:لن يغطي ضمان الأسباب ما يلي

الخدوش التي يسببها العميل
استخدام المنتج بقوة إنهاء لمنتج مكسور
تنتهي بعد 3 أشهر من تاريخ التسليم

.سيتم فرض رسوم على أي وحدة جديدة تحل محل الوحدة التي تمزقها. (السعر يشمل رسوم التوصيل)
